These terms apply to every booking made through smlodges.in.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after successful, verified payment. Until then, the reservation is not guaranteed and the room remains available to other guests.
Pricing and cancellations
Prices, discounts, GST, and refund eligibility are calculated by the secure booking service. The final amount is always shown before payment. Cancellation refunds follow the policy shown at the time of booking.
Identification
Guests must provide valid government-issued photo identification at check-in. Failure to do so may result in denial of stay without refund.
House rules
Guests are expected to follow the lodge's stated house rules. These are displayed at the property and available on your booking page.
