Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to run your stay, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number, and payment reference. If you create an account, we store your booking history. We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to measure anonymous site traffic.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with the payment gateway (Razorpay) and the lodge you booked — both of whom need it to serve you.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@smlodges.in and we'll respond within 7 days.
