Cancellation policy
Life happens. Here's exactly how refunds work — no fine print.
Full refund
Cancel 7 or more days before check-in, or within 24 hours of booking (if check-in is at least 2 days away), and you receive a 100% refund.
Partial refund
Cancel between 3 and 7 days before check-in and you receive a 50% refund of the total paid.
No refund
Cancel less than 3 days before check-in, and the booking is non-refundable. No-shows are treated the same way.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to the original payment method. UPI and card refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email the moment we process it.
Cancelling a booking
Open the booking from My Stays and tap Cancel. You'll see the exact refund amount before you confirm.
