What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible on request — call the lodge directly.
Do you require ID at check-in?
Yes. Every guest must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in. This is a legal requirement in Karnataka.
How does payment work?
All bookings are prepaid online via Razorpay. Your room is held for 15 minutes while you complete payment. Once payment is verified, your booking is confirmed instantly and you receive a QR code for check-in.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel. See the Cancellation page for the full policy — the exact refund amount is always shown before you confirm.
Is GST included in the price?
Yes. The price shown at checkout includes GST. There are no hidden charges.
